Our aim is to provide a smooth, transparent and enjoyable experience for private guests, companies, agencies and international event planners.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to yacht availability, route permissions, weather conditions and final confirmation by Bosphorus Cruise Tours.

2. Payments

A deposit or prepayment may be required in order to secure the reservation. Final payment schedules may vary depending on yacht category, season, guest count and event scope.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the yacht, supplier and event date. Any confirmed cancellation conditions will be clearly shared during booking stage. Except stormy weather, even under rain or snow, we operate.

4. Weather Conditions

Guest safety is always our priority. In case of severe weather, sea traffic restrictions or official authority decisions, route, timing or date adjustments may be suggested where possible. Except stormy weather, we operate 365 days of the year.

5. Guest Count & Event Details

Guests are kindly requested to share accurate guest numbers, timing and event requirements in advance. Last minute major changes may be subject to availability.

6. Food & Beverage

Menus, beverages and catering services depend on selected yacht and package. Special dietary requests should be advised in advance.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect yacht crew, safety rules, timing schedules and the yacht property throughout the charter period.

8. Damages

Intentional or extraordinary damage caused during the event by client’s guests may be subject to additional charges according to supplier terms.

9. Transfers & Additional Services

Transfer vehicles, branding, DJ, sound systems, guides, photographers and other optional services are subject to separate availability and quotation.

10. Corporate Events

For company events, gala dinners, incentives and destination programs, final planning details should be confirmed in advance to ensure smooth operations.

11. Liability

Bosphorus Cruise Tours acts with professional care and coordination. However, delays caused by traffic, force majeure, authority restrictions or third-party suppliers may occasionally occur.
